Fees:

There is no fee to submit a paper for review.  However, the fee to publish an accepted paper is $305 USD + $35 USD per page.  In order to apply to submit a paper to IJBE.

If a paper has been accepted for publication but the author is from a low developed country, the IJBE will waive the publication fee.
